Founded in 1994, Sater Design Collection is one of the country’s most recognized residential design firms specializing in luxury home plans. With a strong online presence, Sater Design Collection has serviced customers from across the country and internationally. Their in-house publishing company, Verandah Publishing, produces several well-known design books that are distributed online and through major retailers.
The Builder of The Year award was established by Sater Design Collection to honor their preferred builders who have achieved excellence in the construction of a Sater designed plan. Preferred builders from across the country submit photographs of their completed homes for each annual competition. Recently, two winners were selected for the 2015 award; one from North Carolina and Ocala’s own Nadeau-Stout Custom Homes.

Both Andre and Rusty are second-generation builders and are proud to continue their families building legacies. The quality of Nadeau-Stout Custom Homes is well known in the North Central Florida area and now they’ve been recognized on the national stage as well.
