Building upon the successful Eden model, the Eden plus includes all the wonderful amenities offered in the Eden and more. First, we stretched the great room and kitchen to add a coat closet in the foyer and a folding counter in the utility room. We also relocated the kitchen pantry which opens up the kitchen even more than the original model. But the biggest benefit of the Eden Plus is the addition of not one, but TWO “Flex Spaces”.
